On the heels of his successful solo debut in June, EVAN returns with his first mini-album, DEATH OF ME, out now. Building on the creative foundation established with his debut, the album delves deeper into EVAN’s artistic perspective, translating his honest reflections and determination for the future into a diverse sonic palette. Listen to the album HERE.

Navigating a complex swirl of emotions, DEATH OF ME captures EVAN’s unwavering determination to keep moving forward. Rather than retreating from his inner world, he confronts it with striking honesty, delivering a deeply personal body of work that invites listeners to experience his perspective and conviction.

The title track “Death of Me” embodies EVAN’s resolve as he stands at a new beginning. Co-written by EVAN, the heavy pop R&B track delivers a powerful message of staying true to himself and moving forward without hesitation. No matter what stands in his way, he declares, “Ain’t the death of me.” The accompanying music video places EVAN in his element - on-stage. Centered around the concept of “LIVE,” which plays on the dual meaning of being alive and performing, the visual builds explosive energy into a striking spectacle.

Taking the creative lead across all eight tracks, EVAN spearheaded the production and overall creative direction of DEATH OF ME. The album moves through a dynamic range of sounds and emotions, opening with the assertive energy of “Not Enough” (pop), “Noise” (pop R&B), and “Ride or Die” (alternative rock), before shifting into more varied and contemplative textures with “Twilight” (pop), “Immature” (alternative rock), “Overflow” (indie pop), and “Going Home” (dream pop). Together, the tracks trace EVAN’s emotional journey from raw intensity to a more reflective and comforting close.

With DEATH OF ME, EVAN moves beyond the first step of his solo journey to further define the musical world he wants to create. His involvement across songwriting, production, and creative direction gives the album a cohesive sense of purpose, while its diverse soundscape reflects his willingness to explore new territory. As he continues to grow as a solo artist, EVAN sets the stage for the next chapter of his evolving artistry.
