Now that fall weather is coming, there are many different hairstyles you can try! During the hot weather, it is often too hot to let your hair down—not to mention it tends to get messy due to the humidity. But don’t worry, as now is the perfect season to test out new hairstyles.

Hair Down

First, the classic way of wearing your hair is to leave it down. There are, of course, many ways you can go about it. You can simply leave your hair straight down, but a tip to prevent your hair from going in different directions is to straighten it either inwards or outwards. One of the more popular styles involves creating soft, natural curls that become more prominent at the ends of your hair. It makes your overall style look more put together with very little effort. The best way to curl your hair is to make sure that you are directing your curling wand away from your face. By using this technique, your hair will look amazing throughout the day, and you won’t have to deal with it constantly going in your face.

Half-Up Hair

This hairstyle is simple to recreate and it makes you look classy and sophisticated. Simply put half of your hair up in either a ponytail or a bun. You can also incorporate curly styled hair. To make it look really put together, make sure that the hair on top of your head is perfectly combed into a ponytail. If you’d rather go for a comfy, casual look, go the messy route and put half of your hair into a messy bun. It’ll look like you tried to do your hair, though in reality it didn’t take much effort. You can even add some detail by adding a hair bow or hair clip.

Braids

Braids are essential for the fall weather. When you start to wear thicker garments, your hair tends to get frizzy when it rubs against your clothes. You can always keep things simple by adding a braid detail to your hair—maybe a french braid that cascades all the way down,  starting from the top of your head to the very tips of your hair. Another way of getting hair to stay out of your face is to create two twin braids for a cute look to match your style. There are many different types of braids you may want to look into such as fishtail braids, though not many people know how to recreate them, as they are more difficult to do.

Since the weather is getting colder, hair tends to get dry, and it’s somehow always in your face when the wind blows. But if you have extra time in the morning before work or school, you can always incorporate a simple hairstyle that will complete your fall outfit and keep your hair out of your face.
