The staff here at The Kraze is composed of a unique group of people with different tastes in music and different favorites among K-Pop groups and songs. This week we asked some of the members to share their favorite B-Sides from their favorite groups.

Jay Ventinella, Writer/Promoter: "Nobody But You" - BASTARZ (Block B) 

In need of a really good R&B slow jam? Block B BASTARZ serves the heat with their track "Nobody But You" from their debut EP. As U-Kwon, B-Bomb and P.O make a kill unit together, I'm sure that no one was expecting such a sensual song to come from them considering their other harder and grittier songs. Nonetheless, this is a track not to be slept on and a chance for these members to shine. (Let's not forget the chilling voice of P.O speaking Spanish at the beginning of the song which adds to the sexiness.)

Sarah Boumedda, Writer: "White Noise" - EXO 

From the release of EX'ACT back in June 2016 to this day, "White Noise" remains one of the best EXO songs in existence, in my opinion. Not only is the group's delivery absolutely flawless and the beat simply addictive, there's just something about the overall vibe of the song that is dreamy yet grounding, yearning yet... all-encompassing. It's hard to put the sheer beauty of the song into words—one can only truly sense it while listening to it, whether it be once or many times on loop.

Annika Brandes, Editor/Promoter: "Rocket" - SEVENTEEN

When I listen to this track, I literally feel like I'm flying through the crowds. I think this song really encompasses SEVENTEEN's fun, spontaneous nature. SEVENTEEN has an ability to make songs that wouldn’t work for any other group fit their aesthetic so naturally. The autotune is the icing on the cake.

“VVITH” - NU’EST

I'm glad that NU'EST promoted this track a bit during their "Overcome" era. The song's unique in that the beat fades in and out, making it an auditory experience. It demonstrates NU'EST's strong discography even before competing on Produce 101 Season 2. The stages for this track were adorable, and the whole  mini-album is full of socially stimulating tracks.

Haley Whisennand, Marketing Director: "El Dorado" - EXO 

“El Dorado” was, surprisingly, one of the first EXO songs I'd ever heard. There's something different about it that sets it apart from a lot of EXO's usual tunes. It dips into minor and plays with harmonies a lot more openly than some of their other tracks, which I really appreciate, especially considering EXO's stellar vocal capabilities. Not to mention it features Chanyeol singing, which I am always a huge supporter of. He doesn't get much of an opportunity in "El Dorado," but it's enough to appreciate if you really listen.
