In this Latin and jazz inspired track, the members are up to no good when they create a path of chaos with every touch. Despite their hazardous auras, these devilish girls are seeking a man who they can call señor and handle their fiery hearts burning with passion. Climbing music charts like Bugs! for the number one spot, (G)I-DLE makes it clear that they won’t settle for less with their intense love.
TURNING BACK TIME
Kang Minkyung pours her heart out with “Because I Love You” released on February 27, from her first album Kang Min Kyung Vol. 1. Topping charts like Naver, Mnet, and Genie, Kang Minkyung tugs at listeners’ heartstrings with an honest ballad sharing her conflicted emotions for an undying love.
BACK TO THE CLASSICS
KYT (also known as KOYOTE) kicks it back to the ‘90s with “Fact” released on February 8 as part of their 20th anniversary album, REborn. The co-ed trio pays homage to their debut in 1998 with a fresh, yet nostalgic, track that is reminiscent of the decade’s trending music. In contrast to the heartfelt lyrics about the complications of love, the retro beat featuring energetic house music and retro synths has listeners dancing away their worries. Climbing up charts like Soribada at number 15 after their recent Knowing Bros appearance, KYT transports us back to the best of the ‘90s.
