Bow Down, Epik High Is Here (with Part 2)

One year later and after much anticipation, Epik High has returned with Epik High Is Here Part 2. With a fresh new tour on the horizon and a Coachella performance in the spring, Epik High is gearing up to have one of the best years yet in their career. Despite the year-long wait for the album, this second installment is beautiful from beginning to end. They have done it once again, and it is quite the joy with this latest release. 

It comes as no surprise that Epik High outdid and upgraded themselves over and over again to deliver such a masterpiece of an album. With a blend of hip-hop and R&B, the album is a beautiful array of songs that bring on a wave of nostalgia that call back to classic Epik High while bringing on a new and refreshing feel. Not to mention, the lineup of features is stacked for this album, adding to much of the hype that album built.

The album plays on a more mellow and chill vibe, with the occasional sprinkle of aggression, playful cheekiness, and confidence. With 12 songs to choose from, it’ll be hard to pick out exactly which one is the best out of the entire tracklist. As of when this article was written, Epik High has gifted fans with quite the amount of content to catch up on. One thing that Epik High will not disappoint in is putting out things that will have fans buzzing and consuming for quite some time. We can anticipate there is more to come from Epik High in 2022, and this is only the beginning. Epik High Is Here Part 2 is solid through and through. Despite the more mature sound of this album, it’s an album that many will resonate with and feel deeply within themselves.
