What’s The Kraze: Halloween

The season’s spookiest holiday is right around the corner. Check out what The Kraze listens to to set the tone for the creepiest and crawliest time of year: Halloween.

Kelly (Co-Editor-in-Chief): It’d be sacrilege if I said anything other than “Spider” by HOSHI. I’ll take any chance to listen to the best solo by best boy. Horanghae.

Cidney (Writer): I literally have a whole Halloween playlist that’s on loop the moment October starts, but my top three song are “The Black Cat Nero” by ATEEZ, “Fear” by SEVENTEEN, and of course “Peek-A-Boo” by our spooky queens Red Velvet.

Bryn (Editor): I was just thinking that, Cidney! But definitely “The Black Cat Nero,” “Peek-A-Boo,” and also “Monster” by IRENE & SEULGI.

Jacob (Writer): Speaking of SEVENTEEN and “Monster,” that actually fits what I was going to say: “Monster” by SEVENTEEN’s hip-hop team is a really fun, chill song with some spooky elements!

Kelly: Yes!!! An instant hip-hop team classic the second it was released.

Courtney (Writer): I think “Birth” by ARTMS deserves a spot as a perfect K-Pop Halloween track. The production is so creepy and spine-tingling. I love it! As well as “Strangers” by The Rose (which is also the main OST to the K-Drama Strangers from Hell that is perfect for Halloween viewing).

Robyn (Social Content Manager): Every time I think of Halloween K-Pop, I think of two songs by BOYFRIEND: “WITCH” and “BOUNCE.” One with a vampire vibe and the other Alice in Wonderland, both classics. Chef’s kiss.

Roxy (Chief Marketing Officer): My go-to is always “VOODOO DOLL” by VIXX. The uncensored version, obviously. For a throwback though, gotta love BTOB’s “Thriller.”

Antonia (Outreach Coordinator): I think of “Bite Me” by ENHYPEN, “Obsession" by EXO, or even “Trick or Trick” by aespa.

Rashelle (Co-Editor-in-Chief): Dreamcatcher’s “GOOD NIGHT” will always be my fave (specifically the one performance when they were busking and the audio failed and they kept going).

Jay (Marketing Director): A good go-to is also BIGBANG’s “MONSTER!” It’s creepy even if it’s not exactly a Halloween type of track.

Jean (Photographer): I’d add on ONF “Goosebumps.”
