Mark is Back With New Release, “Fraktsiya (feat. Lee Youngji)”
As the long-awaited Mark album approaches, he is releasing sneak peeks of what to expect. Songs like “Child,” “200,” and “Golden Hour " give us a taste of what this album could sound like. When news that Mark was releasing a new track spread, excitement was felt throughout the fandom. “Fraktsiya (feat. Lee Youngji)” is a hip-hop-infused track that showcases Mark's lyrical and rap skills.
The song begins with an orchestra of string instruments. You wouldn’t expect the electric beat from the beginning alone. Mark starts the song with a forcible rap. The lack of a beat made the rap even more intense. Once the music comes in, you can’t help but move your head along it. The track is mostly English, and there are bars in this song that make you rewind the song. “Name somebody who can juggle three teams. Still, come up with the best solo album. At the same time with no rest time with no rest time.” Combined with the most electric Neo sound, this verse makes your face scrunch up, and look around to see if anyone else has heard that. That part alone has been talked about so many times by fans. It’s such an interesting flow, and the lyrics will have you really thinking about everything Mark has accomplished.
After his skillful rap, we meet another talented rapper, Lee Youngji. We all know of Lee Youngji and her well-known, funny YouTube show, but we must discuss her flow. In this song, her rap skills are at the forefront. The difference between her flow and Mark’s is so evident and cool. The way she takes the lyrics and makes sure each word hits the beat exactly is satisfying to the ear. She has verses that, if you don’t listen carefully, you might miss it—for example, her verses about being a cockroach because you can never get rid of her. It’s so cool and interesting to see.
The song is very interesting. Mark and Lee Youngji really did their big one on this track. It is fascinating to see two people with different styles come together and make a hit. The way they came together at the end shows their flows work well together. So, check out “Fraktsiya (feat. Lee Youngji)” for a good time.
