With a beat that is composed and co-produced by WD, this song will definitely give you the summer vibes you have been wanting this season. The lyrics, on the other hand, are showing that something more mysterious is happening.

They describe that they are “over the summer” because they are no longer with their significant other. They also continue to say that they are “letting them down,” and, “We’re not soulmates so don’t come back,” highlighting they don’t want to be around this person anymore and are “over” them.
