Hyolyn’s Got Us “Layin’ Low”

Hyolyn has done it again with another incredibly sexy song! On January 12, the former SISTAR member released “Layin’ Low” featuring rapper Jooyoung. Originally, the song was meant to be released in November of 2021, however it was pushed back with the explanation that it was done in consideration of Hyolyn’s fans and their desire for the song’s “completeness.” 

“Layin’ Low” uses Hyolyn’s sultry vocals to tell a tale of toxic but addicting love. The music fits right in with the idol’s other tracks, having similar rhythm and styling as her hits “Dally” and “SAY MY NAME.” Also similar to “Dally,” the music video only works to enhance the sexiness that is already present in the song. Choreographed by Nicole Kirkland, who has worked on many of Hyolyn’s dances, the moves are both smooth and technical, making it impossible to look away.
