A K-R&B/K-Hip-Hop B-Sides List

We all have our favorite K-Pop groups and solo artists, but what about your favorite K-R&B/K-Hip-Hop artists? There are so many artists out there who release such amazing music. If you are trying to get into the genre or expand your playlist, this is the list for you. Today, we will look at some artists who capture that K-R&B/K-Hip-Hop vibe.

DPR Live - “Know Me (feat. DEAN)

There’s no way I can start this list without talking about DPR Live. He is a household name in the K-Hip-Hop scene, and his music is iconic. “Know Me” is featured on his first album, Coming To You Live, and features another household name, DEAN. This track is a perfect mixture of R&B and hip-hop. The song is striking with DPR Live's fantastic rapping skills, and DEAN comes in with his soulful vocals. The mixture of colors and effects makes the video incredibly soothing. If I heard this at a party, it's a song that I would for sure be screaming the lyrics to.

DEAN - “21”

“She’s 2-2-21 now.” This song is groovy and fun and deserves to be played at every party. Fun fact, on my 21st birthday, I played this song. It just has to happen. “21” is off of DEAN’s ICONIC album, 130 Mood: TRBL. DEAN is a vocal legend, and he definitely came through with this album. With DEAN's recent return, you can’t help but go back and listen to his previous releases and jam to “21.” I love this song, and honestly, it carries such title track energy.

Baekhyun - “All I Got”

Another vocal legend has graced us with the most heart-wrenching track. If you didn’t know before that Baekhyun was a phenomenal singer, this song definitely proved it. “All I Got” is featured on his third mini-album Bambi. When I tell you I would pay so much to hear this live, and if I did hear it live, I might just cry. This track is so beautiful, and I can’t help but sing along. The belting in this song makes you feel like you are levitating. Baekhyun’s vocals are out of this world.

KAI - “Amnesia”

KAI makes that type of music you just can’t help but dance along to. “Amnesia” is a B-side featured on his debut solo album, KAI- The 1st Mini Album - EP. The mini-album starts with his iconic track “Mmmh,” and the rest of the album follows that same vibe. Besides being a fantastic dancer, KAI is an amazing singer as well, and he shows it in “Amnesia.” The beat is catchy and makes you sway your hips instantly. The ad-libs in the background are so soothing and the runs are spot-on. He ate this song up.
