“Lucid Dream” by aespa
aespa released their first mini-album, Savage, before their first year anniversary. Through their album, aespa showcased their versatility as artists. “My Way” by CL
One of the most anticipated releases of the year, ALPHA by CL is jam-packed with diverse tracks. While CL shined as a vocalist on beautiful songs like “Xai” and “Siren,” CL outshined herself on the hip-hop oriented “My Way.” The track features CL’s powerful rap verses where she rightfully claims that she paved her own way. “I can’t run away” by SEVENTEEN
The hip-hop unit came with the best surprise on SEVENTEEN’s latest album Attacca. The rappers chose a melodic track for their unit song, which runs like a ballad with emotional lyrics and softer delivery. “Blockbuster” by ENHYPEN ft. Yeonjun
In a rare instance for K-Pop, rookie group ENHYPEN collaborated with their labelmate Yeonjun from TXT (Tomorrow x Together) for their latest release DIMENSION : DILEMMA. The group and soloist chose “Blockbuster,” a fast-paced exciting track about aspiring to be a star in an action movie. The rock song finds Yeonjun on the rap verses and ENHYPEN bouncing off in the verses and chorus. Check out what The Kraze said about the album here.
“Eternal” by Youngjae
An intimate album that took listeners through different stages of love, COLORS from Ars by Youngjae was co-written by the singer himself. “Eternal” is a beautiful ballad with a soft piano melody and guitar sound.
