M.O.N.T. Challenges Each Other to “Rock, Paper, Scissors” in Their New Music Video

The “Mountain Trainees” are back! M.O.N.T has made their second official comeback with their new song “Rock, Paper, Scissors.”

The trio’s newest song is reminiscent of their debut song “Will you be my girlfriend?,” but with a more mature flavor. The track’s sound relies heavily on brass instruments, electronic sounds, and drums to create the lively tone. The lyrics are simple, especially with the repeating chorus that makes the song stuck in your head for hours. The overall sound of the track is one you will find yourself dancing to without even trying.

The video itself is set in an outdoor party scene full of bright colors; even the members themselves are dressed in very eye-catching colors. Narachan, Bitsaeon, and Roda all find themselves eyeing the same girl. They each attempt to win her affections and in the end they end up playing rock, paper, scissors to choose who would make the first moves. A unique feature of the video is the use of the comic book motif, with thought bubbles and different colorful frames that appear throughout the video.

Overall, M.O.N.T. has caught the attention of many with this music video and playful sound. For rookies, this is a strong follow up from their debut.
