Agust D has recently released his new mixtape D-2 along with the music video for title track “대취타.” In this video you see two different sides of himself, the king and his modern persona. Here are some daily looks loosely inspired by Agust D’s two personas from “대취타.”

The King

Agust D’s first concept of the mad king makes use of the traditional king hanbok for the top part with the bottom half consisting of black pants and a black sneaker. The two key points of this look are the hanbok piece up top and the gold embellishments as Agust D was not afraid to shy away from accessorizing. 

Modern Hanbok 

To keep it simple, a modern hanbok style would be perfect to bring a refined sense to this daily look. You could go with an all black top or one with a pattern on it. Agust D only wears the top portion but you could wear a hanbok-style dress for a girlier look or even a long jacket that could bring a street style flare to the look. If you wanted to make it unique, you could add your own gold applique, bringing out your personal touch.

Along with the hanbok, Agust D wears layers of gold necklaces and gold earrings as well. Finding any type of layered necklace and a black headband would be the perfect final touch to complete the king inspired look.

Signature Look

The original Agust D look that was seen in his first mixtape, Agust D, as well as in the newly released mixtape consists of a skinny jean, plain oversized shirt, boots or a chunky sneaker, and then a signature oversized army green jacket. Finding any type of unique army green jacket will complete your Agust D inspired look. This style is typically topped with silver jewelry for both earrings and the layers of necklaces.
