JAY B Debuts with Steamy “Switch It Up”

It surely has been a long time coming for JAY B as he has finally revealed that he signed with H1GHR MUSIC. While whispers of him signing with the label have been circulating prior to the announcement, fans have been eagerly awaiting for when the GOT7 leader would make his rounds. As the last member of GOT7 to be signed to a new agency, it would only be a matter of time until fans see JAY B’s official solo debut. 

JAY B surely does not disappoint as he debuts with a sensual R&B track that is groovy and smooth. Titled “Switch It Up,” the song features sokodomo and was also produced by the one and only Cha Cha Malone. The moment “I need a Cha Cha Beat Boy” plays in the song, fans know that “Switch It Up” is going to be a certified banger of a track. The song itself is for sure not meant for younger audiences. “Switch It Up” gets more intimate and on a personal level with his lover. The feeling of being close to another person cannot even begin to describe the overall mood and theme of “Switch It Up.” It’s all about wanting to take it to the next step in their relationship and it's a song that will make you blush.

As this is only a single (for now), JAY B stuns with “Switch It Up” and fans cannot wait for what the soloist has planned next. Although there is no accompanying music video, what compensates is the live clip where JAY B and sokodomo come together to perform in a serene forest setting. Seeing JAY B with a mic in hand brings back a wave of nostalgia and time will only tell when fans will get the opportunity to see the artist live and in person.
