Stray Kids Surprised Everyone with a Highly Anticipated Release

After Hyunjin’s very long hiatus, Stray Kids is finally back with an eight-member release. The new digital single “Mixtape: OH” is the group’s first release since winning Kingdom: Legendary War and it also marks the third part of their “Mixtape Project” following "Mixtape: Gone Days" released in December 2019 and "Mixtape: Even a Fool Knows" released in March 2020.

The “애” in the Hangul title of the surprise release is the Korean equivalent to the Chinese character “愛” that translates to “to love” in English. That being said, “Mixtape: OH” is a sweet love song about someone's childish shyness and clumsiness in front of their loved one. The cover photo showcases this very cutely with a little chipped heart-printed lollipop.

“Mixtape: OH” is a mid-tempo pop track with reggaeton rhythms that build up with EDM elements. 3RACHA, aka Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, participated in the lyrics and composition of the song. June 26 will definitely remain a significant day for STAY with this cute summer release.

JYP Entertainment also mentioned that this marks Hyunjin’s comeback and he will be officially rejoining Stray Kids’s scheduled activities starting from July. We are ready for the full comeback as soon as they are!
