Whether it’s a quiet rainy day or a calm day out in the warm sun, these female solo artists can bring you relaxation for this Throwback Thursday.

“NOBODY” - Blue.D

“NOBODY” is a soothing love song that features artist MINO. Blue.D’s adorable blue bob cut and unique voice style really draws you in, and the repetitive use of “nobody” in the chorus is an addictive sound that pulls you further into the song. The music video is equally unique, as the camera continuously pulls away from one mirror to the next. While the viewer is watching these scenes, it plays into a story about a love gone deadly for Blue.D. The aesthetics of warm browns and yellows to red and, of course, her iconic hints of blue are the perfect final touches for this song.

“Cherries Jubiles” - YUKIKA

“Cherries Jubiles” is a beautiful acoustic guitar song, and YUKIKA’s classic city pop sound makes an appearance about halfway through the tune. It is a lovely song to listen to, and the aesthetics of this video are just as romantic as it follows YUKIKA around while she is thinking of her love who is currently away. It begins with YUKIKA playing the guitar, and transitions to her having fun while cooking a meal for her and her love.

“Rain” - Lim Kim

“Rain” is the perfect song for feeling as though you’ve been sucked into a K-Drama and are wandering the streets in the rain. Lim Kim also has quite a unique sound for her voice and really adds the extra layer that makes this song so good. The music video is just as calming as the song.

“No Reason” - HEIZE

HEIZE’s soulfully sweet voice is what makes “No Reason” such a gem. The bright bass adds an extra layer to this dreamy song and makes it the perfect backdrop whether you are out taking a walk or relaxing in a cafe. The music video’s aesthetics and its primary focal use of yellows, blues, and pops of red paints a beautiful backdrop for the compelling romance story that plays out in the video.
