Moonbyul Sends a “PRESENT” in New Single

Moonbyul is back with her annual birthday X Christmas release. “PRESENT” is the title track on her special single album THE PRESENT, released December 22, 2022. Do you recognize the date? It’s Moonbyul’s birthday! The album also includes the 2021 track “CHEMISTRY” and 2020 track “A miracle 3days ago.” Moonbyul described the album as a gift for her fans during her birthday and early Christmas.

“PRESENT” was written and produced by Moonbyul and Coco Tofu Dad. The single showcases a funky beat that matches Moonbyul’s style outside of MAMAMOO and the vocals we’ve missed so much. The music video is Christmas themed, but the lyrics celebrate her thirtieth birthday, stating that she’s grateful to be an idol and have constant support from her fans. Moonbyul truly can’t believe it’s been a year since her previous birthday and wishes to continue this moment and remember it forever.
