Weeekly Talks About Their First English Release “Stranger” and Hints 2024 U.S. Tour

The Kraze had the opportunity to chat with Weeekly about their latest release, possible U.S. Tour, activities in 2024, and more!

Weeekly, the six-member girl group consisting of Lee Soojin, Monday, Park Soeun, Lee Jaehee, Jihan, and Zoa, has made their mark in the K-Pop scene since their debut in June of 2020. Weekly has quickly captured the hearts of fans worldwide, affectionately known as Daileee. 

On January 25th, Weeekly delighted fans with the release of their very first English single, “Stranger,” available in both English and Korean. This pop ballad beautifully illustrates the group’s journey of pursuing their dreams alongside their loving and supporting fandom. To complement the emotional track, Weeekly also unveiled an animated music video that brings the lyrics to life, further captivating listeners with its touching narrative. 

Weeekly’s journey has been marked by several milestones, including their music video for “After School” reaching over 100 million views on YouTube in 2021, a remarkable achievement for a rookie group at the time. With their infectious energy and undeniable talent, Weeekly continues to prove that they are one of K-Pop’s most promising acts, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what they will bring to the stage next.
