Ever since December last year, we have been talking about B-sides that would make fantastic title tracks, and now we are back for part four. So, let’s take it back and talk about some B-sides that would be such iconic title tracks.

SEVENTEEN - “Getting Closer”

On January 21, 2019, mega boy group SEVENTEEN released their striking album YOU MADE MY DAWN. The album is packed with tracks that showcase SEVENTEEN's versatility and talent. Tracks like “Good To Me,” “Home,” and “Shhh” are just a few examples of that versatility, and every track rewards repeat listening. Listeners can’t help but enjoy the release. Another track that showcases the group's range is the album's closing song, “Getting Closer.” An EDM track with a hip-hop-heavy flow, “Getting Closer” is upbeat and draws listeners in from the very beginning. The electrifying beat creates a danceable rhythm that listeners and SEVENTEEN can’t help but dance along to. Speaking of dancing, the choreography for this track is magnetic. The hard-hitting choreography is fast-paced, synchronized, and eye-catching. The fast arm movements, quick position changes, and domino effects make for a dance that, when performed, has fans screaming at the top of their lungs. The track's relentless energy and performance-driven choreography give it the presence of a title track.

ATEEZ - “Blind”

On May 31, 2024, iconic boy group ATEEZ released the part one of their series of EPs, GOLDEN HOUR: Part. 1. An upbeat EP with six danceable tracks, GOLDEN HOUR: Part. 1 features well-known cuts like "WORK," "Shaboom," and "Empty Box." Another well-known B-side on that EP is “Blind.” “Blind” is a Latin-influenced track with a groovy beat and addictive, strong vocals. The track focuses on the sing-along aspects, and the chorus practically demands audience participation. “Blind” is a track that brings every ATINY to their feet. During their recent tour, the boys performed the B-side, and every fan cheered and tried to match the members' fast-paced flow. The arena was filled with excited fans, and the moment the intro hit, the crowd erupted. It was a highly anticipated live moment, and ATEEZ delivered. This track would have really blown up if it were a title track.

RIIZE - “Another Life”

On May 19, 2025, the groovy SM Entertainment boy group RIIZE released their beautiful full-length album, ODYSSEY - The 1st Album. Packed with hits, this album is a joy to listen to from beginning to end. This album makes it hard to pick a favorite song. Each track has its own sound and feeling. With tracks like “Odyssey,” “Bag Bad Back,” and “Fly Up,” for example, it’s hard to pick just one. One song that many BRIIZE fans consistently highlight is the album's closing track, “Another Life.” An electrifying track with strong vocals, heavy synth instrumentals, and powerful emotion, “Another Life” leaves a lasting impression on any listener. Throughout the song, you hear the members deliver a forceful performance. Harmonizing with one another while maintaining a lighthearted vocal tone is striking, and the members translate every emotional shift in the melody directly to the listener. With its sweeping synth production and commanding vocal performances, "Another Life" carries the presence of a lead single — and it would have been compelling to see RIIZE promote it as one. An amazing title track. The song has a strong title-track presence, and it would have been great to see them promote it as one.
