Up Next: London—KPOP.FLEX Brings Two More Mega Festivals to Europe
Europe’s first-ever mega K-Pop festival literally just happened this weekend (look forward to our recap soon), but we can already prepare for not one but two more KPOP.FLEX events next year. After the first day ended, the festival announced its return to Frankfurt, and they just shared in a press release that KPOP.FLEX will also take place in London on September 22-24, 2023 where they will also introduce their own award.
Following this weekend’s event in Frankfurt, which saw 65,000 fans, K-Pop continues its tour as KPOP.FLEX also comes to London for three nights at London’s iconic The O2 in 2023. The 3-day event will see up to 50,000 K-Pop fans on September 22-24, 2023 at one of the world’s most popular music, leisure, and entertainment venues. The cross-campus event will utilize the venue’s iconic arena, indigo at The O2, and a range of other locations across the campus, with a Fan Fest offering fans a range of activities to immerse themselves in Korean culture. Fans can expect an array of the world’s biggest K-Pop idols, with the Frankfurt event bringing in EXO’s Kai, MONSTA X, ENHYPEN, NCT Dream, MAMAMOO, AB6IX, (G)-IDLE, Dreamcatcher, and IVE to the stage.
According to the press release, KPOP.FLEX will also debut a KPOP.FLEX Awards For Emerging Artists on September 23, 2023 to celebrate and honor the massive talents that are positioning K-Pop on the global stage.
Tickets for the London show will be available to purchase soon on kpopflex.com, where tickets are already available for the Frankfurt event held at Deutsche Bank Park stadium on June 17-18, 2023.
