London-Based Korean Musician Garzón Robie Releases New Single “That’s You”
Multidisciplinary artist, Garzón Robie, unveils “That’s You,” a playful yet poetic meditation on identity, presence, and multiplicity. Blending dreamy electronica textures, this track sits somewhere between dream pop and minimalist electronic soul.
With lyrics that frame everything from cosmic phenomena to everyday objects as "you," the track blurs the line between humor and sincerity, challenging our understanding of selfhood. “This is you. That is also you,” says Robie, reminding us that the self is not fixed, but fluid, expansive, and relational. “That’s You” pairs light, catchy production with offbeat, imaginative lyrics to explore the idea that identity is constantly shifting. It’s a track that mixes charm with a sense of wonder, both fun and reflective.
The music video for “That’s You” was developed with London based designers Dhee Kim and Jiwon Kwon, and echoes the song’s themes with its visual direction. Shot by Christian Duyckers, the visuals feature Robie styled in bold, futuristic looks; a cheeky celebration of what it means to be unapologetically you. With growing international momentum, he is one of the most intriguing figures in Korea’s underground music scene. Hailed for his witty lyrics and bold visuals, he continues to reshape indie music on his own terms.
