“Breathless” - ASTRO
Starting off this week is ASTRO’s “Breathless.” This particular song and its accompanying music video scream summer fun thanks to the track’s catchy and addictive beat. The music video fits perfectly into the summer theme as it mainly takes place at a beach, allowing you to witness all the members playing around. Besides, who can resist the ASTRO members being cute and lovable as they run oceanside? Also, don’t forget to grab a nice, refreshing drink, as the music video features cute bottles of colored drinks that you can’t help but want to enjoy! Keep an eye out for a special cameo from a Weki Meki/I.O.I member as well!
“Dumb Dumb” - Red Velvet
Next up is Red Velvet’s addictive track “Dumb Dumb.” There are plenty of fun, catchy songs from the group, but there’s no denying that once “Dumb Dumb” comes on, you can’t help but get up and dance. “Dumb Dumb” is a great track to add to your summer playlist thanks to its upbeat sound and ridiculously addictive chorus. The song will undoubtedly get stuck in your head and you will catch yourself singing it absentmindedly. Whether it’s playing at a party or while hanging out with friends, the song will have everyone dancing along. Though this song was released towards the end of summer, it fits the mood nonetheless!
“Fire” - BTS
BTS finally makes their appearance on Throwback Thursday, and the group will definitely heat up your summer with their hit track “Fire.” It’s simply not a summer playlist without BTS’s “Fire” as this song was literally released for the public’s enjoyment during the summertime months. If you want to get people onto the dance floor, “Fire” is definitely the one track that will surely do the trick. It’s also great for times where you’re getting ready to go out for a fun night, as it’ll get you pumped for the evening. Once “Fire” comes on, that heat can’t be stopped. And with BTS going full-out party mode and having fun throughout the set, doesn’t it also make you want to party like they do? I know I do!
