This September officially marked Wonho’s solo debut and along with his new album came the music video for title track “Open Mind.” The outfits he wears in this video are something you cannot look away from. The iconic style for the video was the variety of cropped tops that accentuated his form while also showing off his muscles.
SEVENTEEN - “HOME;RUN”
Boy group SEVENTEEN had their comeback with title track ”HOME;RUN.” SEVENTEEN went with a total retro look for the video as the members had on a range of fun fall looks, from oversized sweaters, cardigans paired with baggy jeans, a style of khaki pants, to bright colored and plaid suits that are not only chic but encapsulate the broadway influence that is heard in the song.
TWICE - “I Can’t Stop Me”
TWICE’s music video for “I Can’t Stop Me” showed us perfectly color-coordinated styles between the different members. The first, most distinct outfits from this music video were the yellow styles. Varying from streetwear to preppy to chic, each member has a unique yellow outfit that consists of different shades of yellow and plaids with bits of black for contrast that bring the members together in a perfectly fitted girl group ensemble. The other outfit is the all-denim look that includes styles of skirts and shorts while combining cute puff sleeves to frills with edgier looks of embellishments that create a glamorous collective.
TXT - “Blue Hour”
Tomorrow X Together (TXT)’s concept for “Blue Hour” was very sweet and dreamlike, with their outfits matching this soft pastel daydream as their clothes varied in colors of light blues, pink, and white.
The outfits that were a stark contrast from the rest of the video were the black and white clothes with cowboy hats to accessorize. The member that stood out the most for this particular look was Yeonjun in an all-black ensemble with a white cowboy hat, a bolo tie, and a pink mullet to top the look off. The fun variety of the outfits perfectly match the fun tune of the song.
Suhyun - “Alien”
Member of the group AKMU, Suhyun released “Alien” and showed us a new and quirky side of her through the dance tune of the track and the fun styles that are seen throughout the music video. The outfits have a heavy Harajuku influence as the clothes are very bold with chunky colorful accessories and Suhyun’s bright teal hair completes the look.
