In the last K-Drama article, we talked about some great BL and GL K-Dramas for the start of Pride Month. Each episode was a maximum of 15 minutes, which means that K-Drama fans can watch in one day. Now that the world is opening back up, people are spending less time inside, but that doesn’t mean you have to give up watching Korean dramas! Here are some popular web dramas that you can watch.
Love Playlist
Love Playlist is a web series that spans across four seasons and has a side story series! Five college students try to navigate their lives full of romance, break-ups, and last-minute exams. The web series did so well that there is now a regular-length drama called Dear M that will be available on Viki soon.

Kim Yeondo (Lee Eunjae) is trying to get away from someone in her past. She uploads a photo of Ji Hyunho (Kang Yul) with the caption that he’s her new boyfriend. To make her claim more believable, she spends more time with him. Hyunho has a bad reputation, but the more time Yeondo spends with him, the more she realizes he isn’t as bad as everyone assumes.

This web series is like the story of The Prince and the Pauper but K-Drama style! Kim Byul (Seo Jisoo) is a fifth-year idol who needs a break. Is it everything that they dream it would be?

A love-hate relationship between a mother and daughter is the main plot of In Seoul. Kang Dami (Min Dohee) dreams of getting away from her overbearing mother, Song Youngju (Jang Youngnam). She wants to go to college in Seoul, something her mother verbally attacks her for. Youngju thinks her daughter has no sense of reality and is constantly on her to act appropriately.

Pop Out Boy!
Comic book character Chun Namwook (Kim Minkyu) is a heartthrob in every sense. One day, he climbs out of the comic book pages and in front of Han Sunnyeo (Kim Doyeon). She looks just like the love of his fictional life, and he wants to profess his love to her. While his words are beautiful in his imaginary world, they are cringey and emotional in real life.

Yoon Nana (Ahn Heeyeon) prides herself on making sure the bar where she works, XX, runs appropriately. As the head bartender, she works hard on keeping her customers happy. From helping with menu selections to creating the perfect ambiance, she covers it all. Nana wants to own XX one day, and hopes that all her hard work will help her. A wrench is thrown into her plans when the new owner of XX walks into the bar one day and she realizes that it’s Lee Roomi (Hwang Seungeon), a person from her past.

The Boy Next Door
Park Kyutae (Choi Wooshik) and Sung Gijae (Sung Jijae) are college students who happen to live next door to each other. Whenever they meet, they have an awkward interaction which causes them to dislike each other. After a series of unfortunate events, Kyutae and Gijae must move in together. Due to their awkwardness around each other, their mutual friend begins to think that their relationship is more than meets the eye.

My Fuxxxxx Romance
Don’t let the title scare you: this show is about falling in love with someone after hooking up, but you won’t see anything too risqué. Lee Hyun (Kim Yikyung) is on the hunt for her next hook-up when she runs into Kim Jaeha (Oh Dongmin). He wasn’t on her list of prospects, but after being let down by the men that she meets, Hyun decides to give him a try. One night turns into two, which turns into more, and soon, Hyun finds herself wanting to be around Jaeha all the time.
Things aren’t as great as things seem, however. Hyun’s friend, Ahn Jiyoung (Hana), becomes jealous of the time Hyun is spending away from her, and will stop at nothing to break them up, even if that means losing her friend forever.
