Woosung is in a “Lazy” Mood in Newest Single

Soloist and The Rose’s leader Woosung is back and is the most relatable when it comes to just being lazy. Described as an indie-pop song, “Lazy” is the definition of laid back and apathetic as the world goes on. For those just wanting to vibe or in need of a song to groove along to, “Lazy” is the perfect choice as it’s mellow and easy-going on the ears. It’s evident throughout the song that Woosung could care less if people think he’s crazy or viewed as super lazy—he’s going to keep doing his thing and enjoy doing so. One particular part that many can resonate with, especially wanting to be in a lazy mood, is getting things done quickly in order to not do anything else for the rest of the day. Sometimes there are just those types of days and it’s completely okay. “Lazy” also features Reddy, whose steady flow provides a wonderful blend into the song alongside the husky tones of Woosung’s vocals.

The music video follows Woosung as he lounges around his room with his puppy Woolfy, scrolling mindlessly on his phone, avoiding any and all types of work. Whether it be cleaning up his space or getting up to go to work, Woosung is just not in the mood to do anything. One feature of the music video is how Woosung interacts with his phone. As previously mentioned, Woosung is quite often seen scrolling through his phone as part of his lazy routine, and multiple times throughout the music video viewers get to see himself through live videos or Instagram Reels/TikTok. But that's not all: fans and viewers alike are able to see Woosung perform choreography for “Lazy” as well, an endearing charm many don’t get to see often.

Overall, “Lazy” is a great track that all can relate to and Woosung does not fail to impress with such a catchy and addictive song. “Lazy” is a must-have in everyone’s playlist and guaranteed to be a mood booster any given time of the day.
