K-Dramas Starting in the Last Month of The Second Quarter

It’s hard to believe that we are at the beginning of summer and the end of the second quarter. 2022 seems to be flying by, but K-Dramas aren’t showing any signs of cooling down for the summer either. Check out these new dramas starting this month and prepare for the heat!

Money Heist: Korea —Joint Economic Area

Money Heist: Korea —Joint Economic Area is a remake of a famous Spanish series, La Casa de Papel. Set in the same fictional universe as the original, the K-Drama version follows a hostage situation on the Korean Peninsula. The Professor (Yoo Jitae) plans to pull off a robbery after watching the group in Spain. He enlists the help of different thieves to help him, and they embark on an exciting yet dangerous adventure. This blockbuster drama will be available to watch on Netflix.

Jinxed At First

Kwang Gongsoo (Na Inwoo) is an unlucky fishmonger who tries his best daily. But, seven years ago, a chance meeting with Lee Seulbi (Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun), has caused him to have the worst luck in everything he does. Seulbi has the unique ability to see a person’s future with a single touch. Unfortunately, she and her mother, who has this same ability, have been held captive for years by a wealthy family that wants to capitalize on their power. As soon as Seulbi has a chance to escape, she runs straight to Gongsoo, but after so many years of bad luck, he isn’t sure if he should help her.
