The Lore of P1Harmony

The six superheroes of K-Pop that are bringing peace and harmony to the world.

In their pre-debut movie P1H: The Beginning of a New World, we are introduced to Alcor, a virus that controls emotions and actions. It is transmitted via drones that have taken over the planet. The members are split between the future, the past, and the present. In the future are Jongseob and Theo, who are living alongside Mr. Han and Noona who they fight drones with. While scavenging, they find Soul, a young boy who appears to have been shot by a drone, but is miraculously unaffected by the virus. In the past is Keeho who has a watch that allows him to teleport and Jiung who has a ring that allows him to move objects with his mind. The two of them have to travel to Alcore, the headquarters of where the virus is made. In the present is Intak, a high school student living his daily life at the time of the Alcor virus outbreak. The three groups must come together in order to take down Alcore and save the world.

At the end of the movie is a preview of the Disharmony trailer, a first look at their debut album.

After the release of “Siren” and “Scared” it was revealed that P1Harmony is the reason that the Alcor virus has been defeated.

The “W+W (Welcome to +WORLD)” series showcases each of the member’s abilities that were originally revealed in their pre-debut movie. Two worlds exist in the P1Harmony universe: “real” and “plus.”

Keeho possesses space-time manipulation, Intak has hyper durability that gives him a sense of immortality with self-healing wounds, Theo has precise accuracy and hits every shot,

Jongseob has omnifabrication and is a tech genius that can fix or create anything, Jiung has telekinesis, and Soul is labeled as a mystery. All that is known is that Soul is immune to the Alcor virus. It is noted in his “W+W (Welcome to +WORLD)” episode that no one has seen Soul in the real world and therefore he must be from another planet or universe.

“Do It Like This” was released in January 2022, bringing a close to the Disharmony mini-album series.

The “Harmony” trilogy started off with HARMONY: ZERO IN and the title track “Doom Du Doom” which was released in July 2022. They even have drone shooting as one of the games they play in the video.

In the “Back Down” video, the group’s tech genius is working on a box labeled “HARMONY PROTOCOL” which has a “Button for a better world.” Upon pressing the button, harmony should be brought to the world, however Jongseob accidentally swaps the wires, causing the members to be electrocuted. Throughout the video, half of the members want to press the button again while the other half are opposed to it. While they’re arguing over the button, a light fixture falls from the ceiling and lands on the button, electrocuting the group yet again. After regaining consciousness, Jongseob examines the box and realizes that the wires were swapped. Then, the group agrees to press the button again for the good of humanity.

As the “Harmony” trilogy comes to a close, the prologue of “Jump” is released, focused on Soul. Here he seems to have telekinesis just as Jiung does, leading some to believe that Soul’s power is actually a combination of all of the members’ superpowers.

In June 2023, “Jump” was released. At the end of the video, the members are in bubbles floating in space, but Soul floating without being in a bubble. In the epilogue, all of the members are floating outside of bubbles on another planet, surrounded by the crystals that have been seen throughout their other videos.

In February 2024, P1Harmony released “Killin’ It” where news sources are reporting world peace and searching for the six heroes responsible.

The prologue to their latest release “Sad Song” has many subtle nods to the members' powers. In the video “OUT OF CONTEXT ____” Keeho and Jiung don an emotion tracking watch and ring just as they do in the movie. Theo shows off his 100% accurate precision by shooting a charm onto Intak’s necklace. Soul has blue eyes similar to his off-colored eye in the movie and Jongseob is playing a videogame just as he does in the movie.
