Throwback Thursday: Songs That Are So Good Live Part 3

As the year continues, more and more artists announce tours and hit many cities around the world, and it is so much fun to go to a concert and hear your favorite songs performed on the stage. There are so many great songs out there that are perfect for the stage, and today, we are going to take it back and talk about some songs that are so good live.
TXT (Tomorrow x Together) - “Cat & Dog”
On March 4, 2019, TXT (Tomorrow x Together) debuted with their first mini-album, The Dream Chapter: STAR - EP—a stellar EP with five songs that are loved by MOA’s around the world. Each song is upbeat, exciting, and so much fun to listen to. Home to their debut track “CROWN,” this EP is home to their well-known B-side “Cat & Dog.” “Cat & Dog” is an electrifying track with a hard-hitting bass and synth beat. Hearing this song live is such a memorable moment. Watching the boys revisit the past with this track will have you on your feet with a wide grin. The track is already hype, but the boys make it even more animated. The moment that ionic bark comes on, or member Yeonjun’s iconic rap in the second verse, the crowd is screaming at the top of their lungs, having the time of their lives.
TWICE - “What is Love?”
On April 9, 2018, TWICE released their unforgettable EP What is Love?. A bright and bubbly EP with five songs that stand out. The EP is home to their super well-known, iconic, and fun title track “What is Love?” The moment you hear that iconic “TWICE” in the beginning, you are instantly on your feet and ready to sing and dance to the upbeat track. “What is Love?” is a song with such a strong presence. The song has so many memorable moments that will have you feel like you are levitating like member Jihyo’s part during the bridge. With the recent announcement of a world tour, we can only hope this song is on the setlist. I can only imagine how loud the arena will be when the music begins. It’s such a fun song that will be a memorable performance for many.
xikers - “XIKEY”
On March 30, 2023, KQ Entertainment's electrifying boy group xikers debuted with their jam-packed album HOUSE OF TRICKY: Doorbell Ringing. The album features seven striking songs that showcase the strength and talent of the xikers members. The boys have one song called “XIKEY” that is a ball of fire. “XIKEY” introduces the xikers members and showcases the intensity of their performances. The song features a captivating drill beat that you feel in your bones from the moment it starts. This song was created to be performed. Between the danceable beat, the iconic “xikers!” scream, and the singable lyrics, this song was made to be performed in front of a crowd. “XIKEY” is such a great song, and I hope I can hear it live one day.
