Despite being released in the wintertime, some K-Pop songs continue to bring a hot, summer feel to the cold months through their melodies and production styles. If you are struggling with winter blues or you are simply just missing the hot summer season, then the three songs below will take you back to happier times with each song bringing that much loved summer heat to winter.

"Lemonade Fever" - CRAVITY

While November is technically fall and not winter, in many countries November certainly feels like winter with its temperature drops and dark, cold, windy nights. CRAVITY, however, injected some summer magic into the wintry month this year, with the single "Lemonade Fever" from their second album Dare to Crave: Epilogue on November 10. “Lemonade Fever” serves up refreshing flavours of funk and groove, with the song's melody and the members' vocal arrangements radiating a vibrant summer feel. The music video for “Lemonade Fever” echoes the summer glow of its audio with bright tones of yellow, blue and green being prominent within the music video locations and through the members’ outfits.

"Dreaming" - NCT Dream

NCT DREAM cast a warm, summer night presence onto a cold winter's day with the single “Dreaming.” Released on December 14 as part of NCT's third album, Universe, “Dreaming” intertwines the delicate textures of a music-box lullaby with the upbeat staples of the R&B-house genre. With a soft vocal approach and dynamic rap verses, the combination of these musical elements creates a summery track perfect for that mid-year season despite having been released in the winter.

“타 (Fire)" - SF9

SF9 opened the year 2020 with a sprinkle of summer delight in their first full-length album, FIRST COLLECTION. Released on January 7, many of the album's songs emit a warm, summer feel but it is the seventh single “타 (Fire)” that raises the heat further with its smooth, tropical, dance beat. The members' vocals pull the listener further into the song with an enticing approach that, alongside the beat, feels hypnotic, making you never want to leave the blazing world SF9 had created through “타 (Fire).”
