Best B-Sides of February 2025

February was an exciting month of comebacks this year. From K-Pop royalty, to outstanding girl groups, rising boy groups, smooth soloists, and more, there was so much to listen to and add to our growing playlists last month. With so much musical choice, here are just some of my favourite B-sides from February 2025.

“Your Love” - Jisoo

After a strong solo debut in 2023 with her single album ME, JISOO has now brought more of her sweet sounds to the scene with her debut EP, AMORTAGE. The second track "Your Love" stands out as my favourite B-side on the EP with its delicate pop tone that beautifully carries JISOO's dulcet vocals as she sings entirely in English. The dreamy instrumentation takes you back to the pop songs of the 2010s whilst also holding a European vibe that feels perfect for the upcoming summer season.

“TKO” - IVE

IVE dive into a fierce hip-hop scene with "TKO," the closing track of their latest EP, EMPATHY. From the very first beat, I am hooked on "TKO." This track thrusts IVE into a different light of music, giving a different sound and feel to their previous tracks whilst simultaneously carrying that addictive, lyrical and melodic repetition that a lot of IVE songs have.

“DRAMA” - G-DRAGON

A melancholic entry from G-DRAGON in his long-awaited comeback, Übermensch. The fourth track "Drama" delivers powerful yet sorrowful sounds with G-DRAGON’s distinctive vocals over a graceful piano composition. It's an impactful track with dramatic lyrics that perfectly match its title along with a music video that reels you into the song's emotions.
