The first song on the mini-album is the title track, “Love Splash!” This track is lighthearted and the beat will make you feel like you are in the Jersey club scene. JOY’s voice is very bubbly and full of joy. Her sweet, and her bright soprano tone brings so much happiness into track, and with this Jersey beat, it is a cool mixture. The lyrics of this song are very addictive as well, especially during the chorus. “L-O-V-E, it’s that! L-O-V-E, it’s that!,” and “D-I-V-E, it’s that! D-I-V-E, it’s that!”  While listening to the song, you can’t help but want to jump up and dance, making it the perfect track for summer and just in time for those lively summer parties.

The music video will have you wanting to call up all your friends and have a night in. In the music video, you can see JOY hanging out with friends, talking about her crush, and going through the ups and downs of having feelings for someone. The music video is also very bright and colorful. There are blue, pink, red, orange, and white splashes of color throughout the video. There are also scenes of her at the beach, watching her crush, and having the time of her life. It’s such a great video that matches up with a great song.
