BamBam of GOT7 Releases HOMETOWN,His First-Ever Thai Album

BamBam, rapper and singer of the globally acclaimed K-Pop group GOT7, has officially released his highly anticipated first Thai album, HOMETOWN. Marking a career milestone, this project is BamBam’s very first album entirely in the Thai language, created with the hope that fans around the world can feel closer to the language and culture of Thailand through his music.

BamBam showcased his artistry by directly participating in the writing and composing of every track on the album, further solidifying his reputation as a multifaceted musician. HOMETOWN features collaborations with celebrated Thai artists TIMETHAI, INK WARUNTORN, and Jeff Satur, while the final track, “Angel In Disguise” was produced by none other than Pharrell Williams, elevating the album’s creative scope and global resonance. The album consists of 5 tracks; “ไม่มีใครสัก คืน (Dancing By Myself) (Feat. TIMETHAI)”, “มากกว่าFriend (More Than Friend) (Feat. Jeff Satur),” "WONDERING," “ไฟเขียว (Greenlight) (Feat. INK WARUNTORN),” and "Angel In Disguise" (Prod. Pharrell Williams).

Ahead of the full release, BamBam teased the project with the pre-release track “ไม่มีใคร สักคืน (Dancing By Myself) (Feat. TIMETHAI).” Its cinematic teaser, which quickly captivated fans, showed the two artists performing together at a sky lounge overlooking the glittering night view of Bangkok. The track’s sophisticated beats and sleek production offered a first glimpse into the bold, innovative sound BamBam is bringing to his homeland.

Adding to the album’s significance, BamBam performed “Angel In Disguise” earlier this month at a historic event on September 13: Grace for the World, the Vatican’s first public concert in over 2,000 years. Performing before a crowd of more than 300,000, BamBam shared a piece of HOMETOWN on one of the world’s most extraordinary stages. With HOMETOWN, BamBam not only celebrates his musical identity but also pays heartfelt tribute to his roots, delivering a deeply personal project that carries special meaning for fans across the globe.
