K-Pop rising stars Hearts2Hearts make their mark with their debut mini-album FOCUS. Released today, the five-track collection features the pre-release track “Pretty Please” and addictive new title track. Listen to FOCUS HERE via SM Entertainment and watch the music video HERE.

Since debuting in February, the eight-member teen girl group has quickly become one of the most exciting new stars to watch. With FOCUS, Hearts2Hearts deliver a well-honed collection of pop songs that showcase their musical spectrum; infused with their signature pure and nostalgic style.

Title track “FOCUS” is a hypnotic, house-pop track highlighted by a vintage piano riff, blending an addictive melody with chic vocals that showcases a fiercer side of Hearts2Hearts. The track is written by acclaimed K-Pop hit songwriter KENZIE, who has penned signature hits for legendary girl groups like Girls’ Generation and Red Velvet.

“Apple Pie” is a nu-disco track layered with glossy synths, designed to soundtrack a girls’ night in. The New Jack Swing-flavoured “Pretty Please” captures the group’s range, interplaying between emotive vocals and distinctive rap sections over a nostalgic production. “Flutter” captures the City-Pop revival, pairing the nostalgic sound with fresh thrills of being the first to confess your feelings to a hesitant lover. The sincere feelings continue with “Blue Moon,” an R&B pop ballad blending acoustic guitar melodies with dreamy synths.

Hearts2Hearts launched to incredible global buzz around their mysterious debut single “The Chase” eight months ago, which has now clocked up over 77 million Spotify plays. However, it was their infectious disco-house follow-up “STYLE” that really seized the summer with its viral dance challenges–created by group member Ian–amounting to over 46 million views across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. The single was underlined by CLASH as “the group’s first real statement of confidence,” raising further anticipation for Hearts2Hearts’ next move.

In their first summer together, Hearts2Hearts–made up of Jiwoo, Carmen, Yuha, Stella, Juun, A-na, Ian and Yeon–raced across three continents, performing and meeting international fans in London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Tokyo, Fukuoka, Jakarta and Macau.

With an open-hearted approach to pop and undeniable on-stage charisma, it’s clear to see why Hearts2Hearts are the rookie group to watch in 2025.
