IU Returns with “BBIBBI” for 10th Anniversary

IU is back with a new single for fans, but this particular release is also in celebration of her 10th debut anniversary. It’s hard to believe that this powerhouse soloist has been around in the K-Pop industry for 10 years, but her extensive and prolific discography and career prove that she’s a definite force to be reckoned with. Her latest release, “BBIBBI,” is a song and music video that are worth the listen and the watch!

As IU is known for her pop, acoustic, and ballad sound, “BBIBBI” takes on a different mood as IU taps into the R&B vibe with this particular release. “BBIBBI” will have you dancing and grooving along to it. There is a playful vibe to “BBIBBI” that makes it addicting to listen to. Get ready to have this song stuck in your head as well.

The music video itself is another artsy, aesthetically pleasing video with the different sets that IU is featured in. The music video doesn’t have much choreography, but there are glimpses of IU doing some dance moves, especially during the chorus. I can definitely see fans doing the “yellow-card” dance that IU does in the music video. Let’s also not forget the amazing wardrobe that IU has throughout the video. It’s no doubt that IU has released another hit song. It’s just a shame that we only have a single from her, as its been a year since her last full album.
